Incongruence is the state of having reservations or not being totally committed to a behavior or outcome. This internal conflict can be expressed externally in the person’s demeanor and behavior, usually in a negative way.

Identity is our sense of who we are. Our sense of identity organizes our beliefs, capabilities, and behaviors into a single system.

An organization of things or ideas where the more important ideas are given a ranking based upon their importance.

Gustatory is used to reference the sense of taste. 

Gestalt is a collection of memories, where the memories are linked together or grouped together around a certain subject.

Eye Accessing Cues indicate which representational system a person is using. Movements of the eyes in specific directions that indicate visual, auditory or kinesthetic thinking.

Elicitation is the act of discovery and detection of certain internal processes.

Ecology is the study of the effects and consequences of specific actions on the whole of the individual.
